I am pretty new to the Siren fandom (like, I don't even know if her fans have a name!) but can i just say - WHAT IS WITH THE SIRI vs SWAN LAKE SHIPPERS?!
Also did you see the pictures from the Price/Glade wedding?! Isn't it cute they did it at the summit?!

omg yes the wedding was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo adorable. Not sure why Kirsty Moon (or whoever) was there. Thought she was in prison? It was on TV and everything. Eh, whatever, never liked her much anyway. Such a cute ship, though!!! Can't believe it made canon.
OH JEEZ DO NOT ENTER THE SHIPPING WARS. DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A TEN FOOT POLE. AND BURN ANYONE WHO SAYS YOU CAN OT3 IT BECAUSE YOU JUST CAN'T, OKAY, YOU JUST CAN'T. fans are called songbirds i think but idek if that's still a thing??? Mostly they're just a subsection of the Big Dysfunctional JCG Family fans.
(I am total JCG trash if that wasn't soooo obvious it's like my dream to intern at the Spire)

Songbirds, right! I like it, very fitting for her powers though - she doesn't really seem to use her powers much does she?
And as for the shipping war, it was more - why is SIRI even still a thing?! ELLIE (may she rest in cyber peace) was shut off wasn't she? Totally uncalled for if you ask me - they basically killed her, just like they do with TALLY every year. But with her shut off Siren and Lord Luck would the the obvious replacement ship. I mean, those gifs. You can feel the tension - the first few summits they clearly hate each other and then that suddenly changes about 4 summits in. Something happened.
But then SIRI poses some interesting questions it self - Why did those two get so close anyway? Siren had nothing to do with Jeeves before the summits right? Then she suddenly appears to have moved in? I think she's always had secret connections with them, you know?
But this is totally off topic!
What are your OTP's - aside form Swan Lake and Avalon/Kyros

Oh god don't even get in on the JCG speculation. It's all conspiracy theories and occasional Virtual Adept posts that don't make very much sense but for some reason get everyone extremely angry. And for some reason ELLIE fans who refuse to believe that she's gone??? They're starting to resemble a cult and it is sooooo disturbing.
Okay so on my lesser ships:
Price/Glade (they got married at a SUMMIT come on people) (I don't even usually like heroes but seriously)
Anathebyrd (think Byrd disappeared tho?? it was ambiguous)
Virtual Luck (it's like some kind of high school au with the computer nerd and the rich popular kid having to team up)
Avalon/that dude (THE TENSION IS PALPABLE)
Monetius (sp???)/Mister I (I think it's the suits???)

I've got SO many theories about ELLIE and JCG, I still can't believe they shut her off though -- search works alright and all but it's just not the same.
I totally shipped her and Mister I though -- I heard they were spending a LOT of time together. It's got nothing on Siri though: OTP amirite?

I've got SO many theories about ELLIE and JCG, I still can't believe they shut her off though -- search works alright and all but it's just not the same. I totally shipped her and Mister I though -- I heard they were spending a LOT of time together. It's got nothing on Siri though: OTP amirite? Preaching to the choir!!!! Siri is just soo.... So CUTE! I mean if you think about all the things that indicated that Siren is in fact an AI (I mean has anyone seen her eat more then a smoothie? Come on) then is is just the most adorable thing with AI trying to help AI and just.... EMOTIONS I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY SHUT ELLIE OFF!!!! |
