Codenames get reused by SPEAR. I presume you mean the Vulcan who was killed several years ago, rather than the one who was recently defamed by a separatist plot?

Oh come on, who doesn't know the Vulcan of Vulcan and Volturnus? That new guy isn't fit to lick the original Vulcan's boots. Those guys were practically legends even after they killed all those people
