Eva let out a snorted laugh, grin braking across her face as she looked between the two young humans.
"Well, as delightfully awkward as this conversation is, I still have--" She frowned as she was interrupted yet again by the door opening. "Oh, its you." Her voice was ripe with bitter distain. "Like we'd give up tubas to you, Zarovich."

Arkady looked momentarily glum, but then he brightened. "Anyway - Tuba! C'mon, why would you want to prevent me from having a tuba? You don't even know I'm going to do anything dodgy with it, maybe I'm just going to form a brass band."

Eva sighed and shook her head, a smirk curling onto her lips slowly. "And does dear darling Mia know about your tuba-bazooka blasting plans?" She asked, tone sweet and eyes on the hall behind the teenager.

It is the tail end of this particular tuba-related dispute that Mia catches, upon barging loudly through the much-abused music hall entrance, sweater-cape a-flare. Taking quick stock of the situation, she grits her teeth. Hard.
"More ill-starred ventures in aimless illegality, Arkady?" she inquires. Tightly.

Eva's eyes narrow as she watches Arkady jump up on a cupboard, not keen on his clear disregard for her second safe place. She says nothing though, opting instead to watch the two have their little back an froth while she moves to stand by Ellie and Emily.
